Please note that the only fees charged in advance are for third-party services such as appraisals and credit reports. These fees are non-refundable and are subject to the refund policies of the respective third-party providers.

 

All other fees, including our service fees, are collected at the time of loan closing and are disclosed on the settlement statement as part of the closing costs. These fees are considered earned upon closing and are non-refundable.
