Founder, CEO

Robert Ferra brings over 30 years of experience in the lending industry, with a formal education in Accounting and Finance from Kean College in NJ. He began his career in 1991 as a residential lender, earning national recognition in 2001 as a Top Producer by Mortgage Originator Magazine after closing 885 units and $114 million in volume.

In 2010, Robert expanded his expertise to include business, personal, and commercial loans, and in 2019, he closed one of the largest USDA/SBA loans at $15 million. In 2020, he founded Latin Loan Capital LLC, building one of the largest platforms of Private and Institutional Lenders serving CRE investors across the U.S.

As a respected industry expert, Robert has been featured on Latino TV, radio, and podcasts, sharing his decades of experience and financial knowledge—something he values most in his career.
